  • Yearbook - Final Sales and Distribution 

    The 2020 - 2021 Brookwood Elementary School yearbook is on its way to the school.  Please see the schedule below for distribution and sales of yearbooks to our in-person and digital students:

    In-person Students

    • Distribution - Wednesday, May 5th
    • Purchase - Beginning April 30th, morning sales at the Colt Caboodle until we sell out.

    Digital Students

    • Distribution - 
      • Thursday, May 6th, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
      • Monday, May 24th, 3:45 - 5:45 pm
    • Purchase -
      • Thursday, May 6th, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
      • Beginning May 7th, sales will occur daily at the front office until we sell out.

  • Kindergarten Registration 2021 - 2022 Kindergarten and New Student Registration

    Kindergarten and new student registration opens on April 6, 2021.  Please go to the New to Brookwood webpage to get more information about registration.

    All new kindergartners registered by May 28 will be entered into a drawing on June 4th for cool learning prizes, including Chromebooks, floor puzzles, summer reading book bags, craft baskets, LEGO sets, school supplies, and more!

  • Dogwood Pizza Night Dogwood Pizza Night is May 20th!

    Order from Dogwood Pizza on Thursday, May 20th and help support Brookwood Elementary! Don't forget to give your teacher's name when you place your order--the classroom with the most participation gets a prize!

  • Free Eye ExamsFree Eye Exams at the Gwinnett County Public Library

    This summer, Gwinnett County Public Library System, in coordination with Vision To Learn, will offer vision screenings, eye exams, and, if necessary, glasses for your child. These services are free and will be provided at NO COST to you.

    Please go to the GCPL website to find what locations will host the vision screenings and to preregister.

  • Parent Survey Parent Involvement Survey

    Parents of student with an Individual Education Program (IEP) please complete the Parent Involvement Survey by May 31, 2021.  This survey from the Georgia Department of Education will help guide local schools’ efforts to improve Special Education services and results for children and families.

  • Back to School Supply Kits with clip art of school supplies Back to School Supply Kits Now Available to Order!

    PTA is once again selling back to school supply kits for the 2021-2022 school year. Place your order now at Teacher Tailored Supply Kits (school code: 32127). Order your student's school supply kit by June 25, 2021.

    Kits will arrive the week of August 1, 2021.

  • Lunch Pick-Up Curbside Lunch Pick-Up

    Meals are available for pick-up Monday - Friday from 12 pm - 1pm. Students will be offered the choice of both a breakfast and a lunch each day.

  • Parent Vue App and logo Parent Vue App - Now Available

    The Synergy Parent mobile app, ParentVUE, is now available for use. The app is available in the Apple App Store, as well as the Google Play StoreAn active Parent Portal account is required to log in to ParentVUE.

    • It will allow parents, who have a parent portal account, to view schedules, grades, see when assignments are due, view graduation requirements, find missing assignments, and view other important student information.
    • If you have a Parent Portal account you will use the same log in username (email) and password that you use online.

  • 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade Students Can Receive Help via

    Beginning Wednesday, April 8th, the Gwinnett County Public Library is partnering with Gwinnett County Public Schools to provide online tutoring support to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Gwinnett students through Students will need a library account to access the service. They will be able to sign on for individual tutoring sessions daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and for 24/7 “drop-off” support (uploading a document for tutor review/feedback to be returned at a later time).
