  • Parent Vue App and logo Parent Vue App - Now Available

    The Synergy Parent mobile app, ParentVUE, is now available for use. The app is available in the Apple App Store, as well as the Google Play StoreAn active Parent Portal account is required to log in to ParentVUE.

    • It will allow parents, who have a parent portal account, to view schedules, grades, see when assignments are due, view graduation requirements, find missing assignments, and view other important student information.
    • If you have a Parent Portal account you will use the same log in username (email) and password that you use online.

  • Spelling Bee Spelling Bee Information for 4th & 5th Grade

    Classroom Spelling Bees are November 5th at 2:00 pm. The school bee will occur on Thursday November 19th at 2:00. Arrival for digital students is 1:30pm. (Digital students - please complete the Spelling Bee participation form to notify us that you will be participating in the Classroon Spelling Bee.  Sign up closes at 12:00pm on October 29th.)

  • Yearbooks on Sale Now! Purchase your 2020 - 2021 BES Yearbook!  

    Order early so you get the best pricing! Yearbooks are on sale now for $32 until October 30th!  Prices will increase to $35 on October 31st.  Go to the Josten's website to purchase your yearbook.

  • 5th Grade Yearbook Ads Purchase an Ad for your 5th Grader in the 2020 - 2021 Yearbook!

    Ads for 5th grade students are sold on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.  Final deadline to purchase an ad is January 11th.  Ads cost $15 now through October 30th then will increase in price to $20 on October 31st.  Go to the Josten's 5th Grade Ad website to purchase your ad.

  • Academic Assist Program ICI's Gwinnett Academic Assist Program

    Interlocking Communities, Inc (ICI), a non-profit corporation, in partnership with the GCPS school district, is offering classes on to aid your students so they will experience success.  The classes, taught by GCPS teachers run for nine Saturdays beginning January 30th.  Parents may enroll their student at the Interlocking Communities, Inc website by November 2, 2020.   • Art Fundraiser Original Works Art Fundraiser

    Brookwood Elementary has teamed up with Original Works to offer a creative program designed to transform your child’s artwork or your photographs on to custom keepsakes. In addition to supporting your child’s creativity, profts earned through each purchase support the educational opportunities of Brookwood Elementary's art program.

    Bidding for Good auctions are now open to help support the Brookwood Schools Foundation.   • Lunch Pick-Up Curbside Lunch Pick-Up

    Meals are available for pick-up Monday - Friday from 12 pm - 1pm. Students will be offered the choice of both a breakfast and a lunch each day.

  • 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade Students Can Receive Help via Tutor.com

    Beginning Wednesday, April 8th, the Gwinnett County Public Library is partnering with Gwinnett County Public Schools to provide online tutoring support to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Gwinnett students through Tutor.com. Students will need a library account to access the service. They will be able to sign on for individual tutoring sessions daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and for 24/7 “drop-off” support (uploading a document for tutor review/feedback to be returned at a later time).
