  • 2019-20 registration window opens for Online Campus

     

    Full-time students who will be in grades 4-12 next year can register for Gwinnett Online Campus (GOC) during the month of February on a first-come, first-served basis. An informational meeting is set for Feb. 27, 6:30–7:30 p.m.

    Families are encouraged to sign up for an open house and tour of the school’s campus on the following dates:

    • Tues., Feb. 12, 10-11 a.m. (Grades 9-12)
    • Wed., Feb. 13, 10-11 a.m. (Grades 4-6)
    • Thur., Feb. 14, 10-11 a.m. (Grades 7-8)

    Winter early release days for parent-teacher conferences are February 20th and February 21st. School will be released on those days at 12:15 p.m. Teachers at our school will be utilizing the online scheduling system. If your child's teacher is not utilizing the online system, you will be receiving more information from the teacher.

    The online sign up window will open on Friday, February 1st at 12:00 PM and will close on Friday, February 15th at 12:00 midnight. After this time, you will need to contact your teacher to schedule a conference time.

    On Friday, February 1st at 12:00 PM, the Winter Conference sign up link will be located on the main page of the Chattahoochee school website.
    Once the link is made available, you will then need to follow the steps listed below. The steps below are also currently posted in the ANNOUNCEMENTS section of the school website...but the link to register for a conference will not be available until Friday, February 1st at 12:00 PM.


    1. Click on the CONFERENCE SIGN UP link and select your child's teacher.

    2. A form will appear. Fill out the form (4 questions) and click Submit.

    3. Once you click submit, you should immediately receive an email (check spam/junk folder if you do not) with a link that will allow you to register for your conference time.

    Note: If you have an email account with a provider other than Hotmail, I would encourage you to use it.

    4. Click the link provided in the email and choose your time.

  • Check out a Wifi Hotspot

    Gwinnett County Public Libraries offers residents wifi hotspots that they may check out. Kits may be checked out for 3 weeks at a time. A kit includes 1 4G LTE Hotspot, 1 USB Cable, and 1 Wall Charger. 
    Ask at the library branch or visit Gwinnett County Public Libraries- wifi hot spot check out for details.
