    What to do BEFORE scheduling an appointment or attending a walk-in session: 

    1. Complete the district's online registration, which includes uploading required registration documents: GCPS Online Registration. Instructions on how to upload required registration documents can be found here
    2. After submitting the online registration and the required documents, please contact the counseling office at 770.682.4106 if scheduling an appointment for June dates. For walk-in sessions, please arrive at the school between 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM. 

    ** Incomplete paperwork will delay your registration. We MUST receive ALL required registration documents in order to proceed with the appointment or walk-in session. **

    What to BRING to the appointment or walk-in session (if not uploading through the online registration): 

    • Withdrawal paperwork from former school
      • If student is a Rising 10th, 11th, or 12 grader, paperwork must include transcript and discipline record
      • If student is a Rising 9th grader, paperwork must include the final 8th grade report card with proof of promotion to the 9th grade. 
    • Student's GA 3231 Immunication form
    • Student's Birth Certificate
    • Photo ID of enrolling parent/guardian
      • Legal guardian must have official documentation from Probate Court
    • Proof of residency which MUST include the following two documents: 
      • Current Mortgage Statement OR Property Tax Bill OR Lease Agreement
      • One of the following utility bills: 
        • Water
        • Natural Gas
        • Electricity
      • NOTE IF LIVING WITH ANOTHER FAMILY: Per Gwinnett County Public Schools Guidelines: Students who live with their parents or legal guardians but reside in the home of another adult and are seeking enrollment into Gwinnett County Public Schools must complete a Residency Affidavit form and turn it into your school upon registration.     What to expect at your appointment: 

    A CHHS counselor will provide academic advisement for the 2021-2022 school year. First semester core classes and electives will be selected at this time. Please allow up to one hour if coming to a scheduled appointment and possibly longer if attending a walk-in session.
