  • Media Center Book Check Out

Even though many students are learning from home right now, they still have the opportunity to check out books from the Media Center!  Your student can log into the Media Catalog and place books on hold, and then you can come to school to pick them up at one of our scheduled pick-up times. Students have received instructions on how to place holds in their language arts class.  Please check the link below for the scheduled pick-up times, as they are subject to change. For your convenience, we have added a late afternoon pick-up time from 4:30 to 5:30 pm on Mondays.

You will receive an email when the books that your child has placed on hold are ready.

    Media Center Book Pick-up Schedule

Many of our students still have books out from last year, so we encourage you to return those books, either at one of the scheduled pick-up times, or by dropping them off at the Couch Front Office.

  • Green and Gold News Crew Applications

Your student can apply to be a part of the Green and Gold News Team through the link on the CMS eClass landing page.  The News Crew is open to students in all grade levels.  To maintain social distancing, we will use teams of two to three students.  Each team will serve for at least one week; the time will depend on the number of applications accepted. News Crew team members need to report to the broadcast studio in the Media Center by 8:50 each day during the week(s) that they are serving.

Digital students, as well as F2F students who cannot arrive early, also have the opportunity to participate in the Green and Gold News.  They can submit a video of themselves reciting the RAMS motto for the closing of the show.  Students can find detailed directions for submitting their video on the CMS eClass landing page.
