    • STEAM provides students with the overarching view of how standards (that are typically taught is only specific content areas) are interconnected with other content areas, which also provides eye opening views of how real world problems are solved.  

    • The goal of Baggett STEAM is to provide students with rigorous coursework that is focused on the development of solutions to real world problems through research, design, and problem solving.  

    • STEAM education helps to prepare students to become active and effective members in society through the development of business and industry partnerships, internships, and capstone projects.
