CFA Biscuit Sale For Relay For Life!
Chick-fil-A biscuits are on sale now only through MyPaymentsPlus for $5. The sale continues through Thursday 12/7 and biscuits are delivered on Wednesday 12/13. Proceeds benefit Relay For Life.
United Way Donation Days
Reminder about our last two opportunities for families to support our united way campaign!
1. Tomorrow, Thursday 11/30 is superhero day! Students can donate $1 to wear a superhero cape or shirt (no masks please).
2. Going on now through next Friday 12/8, students can donate $1 and bring a picture of their pet(s) to add to our "Petstagram" wall!
Pancakes and Pajamas Holiday Expo
Join us at Starling for our Pancakes and Pajamas Holiday Expo on Saturday, December 9th from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.! We will have shopping, cookie decorating, prizes, and more! The $5 per child entry fee can be paid on MyPaymentsPlus by December 7th. Adults are free.
Ready by FiveReady by Five is a free, nine-week program for families with children birth-age 5 that takes place on Saturday mornings from 1/27-3/23.The Ready by Five program will be held at Ferguson Elementary each Saturday morning from 9:00-11:00 a.m. The program will include read alouds, music and movement, play-based activities, creative expression (art), and special guests from Gwinnett County parks, libraries, and more. There will also be giveaways for families at each session. Check out the flyer below (in English and Spanish) for additional information.

School will be closed for winter break Monday, December 18-Wednesday, January 3rd. Happy Holidays!
A STEM Fair project is an opportunity for students to design solutions to real problems that we face in Gwinnett County and in Georgia. Students will select a problem that they have an interest in and then work through the Design Thinking Process to solve it.
Students that would like to participate have from now until January 12th to complete a project. Interested students should use the following code to join our STEM Fair Google Classroom using code: 2qppw6d. All materials and information will be posted here.

5th Grade Dues
5th grade parents, PTA is asking for $20 per student to cover the cost of some special 5th grade events! Dues pay for the 5th grade dance (May 10th) and the 5th grade picnic (May 22nd).
