Short-Term Afternoon Transportation Changes
- Should you need to make a short-term change to your student's afternoon transportation, please send a written note to school with your child communicating the change.
- In the event of an emergency, and you need to make a transportation change once the student is at school please send an email to this address: 513.TransportationChange@gcpsk12.org to communicate the change. A staff member will call to verify the transportation change. (Do not email transportation changes to the classroom teacher.)
- All transportation changes must be made before 12:00p.m.
IF A WRITTEN CHANGE OF TRANSPORTATION IS NOT RECEIVED, STUDENTS WILL LEAVE SCHOOL ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION ON THEIR TRANSPORTATION TAGS.
Long-Term Transportation Changes
- For long-term transportation changes, download and complete the form below, bring it to the school. A driver's license will be required along with the form.
