Wellness Club

  • Our mission is to actively improve our life and the lives of others within our community. We aim to bring awareness on how to maintain a more healthy mind and body, in order to raise the vibrations of those around us. As we navigate high school through the fellowship of wellness, we will integrate this mindset into our community events.Activities:  Run/ Walk around the track, paint tote bags on the football field, Sound Baths, Yoga, Meditation, Book reading/ reviews, Coffee get-togethers, and hiking
