The program includes both required Freshmen classes (Freshman Health and Freshman PE 101) as well as electives for upperclassman courses.
Course Information:
PE 101: Required freshman fitness class.
Health: Required freshman class. Students also receive ADAP certificate during this class.
Team Sports: Pre-requisite completion of PE 101. Upper-class elective covering a variety of team sports.
Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced Weight Training: Pre-requisite PE 101. Basic weight training fundamentals and workouts for boys. Upper-class elective.
Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced Body Sculpting: Pre-requisite PE 101. Basic weight training fundamentals and workouts for girls. Upper-class elective.
Walking: Pre-requisite PE 101. Basic indoor and outdoor daily walking program for basic cardio fitness and weight management. Upper-class elective
