    FINAL TRANSCRIPTS 

    All graduating seniors will receive one free official transcript, which will be available for pick up beginning June 12 at the front desk.  You may come in any day between 9AM and 2PM to pick up these records.  This official transcript will be in a sealed North Gwinnett High School envelope. Do not open the envelope. Take it (or mail it) to the college or university you will be attending.  

     

    **Note:  STUDENTS are responsible for getting their final transcript to the college or university.  NGHS does NOT send final transcripts by mail, e-mail or Naviance. 

     

    Additional transcripts may be purchased on MyPaymentsPlus under School Fees and Activities until May 24th. If you wish to request additional copies, please make sure to select the "Additional Final High School Transcripts for Seniors" option.   If you order it before school gets out for summer, you will be able to pick up your free copy and the additional copies at the same time. See Mrs. Cornett in the counseling office, or email amy.cornett@gcpsk12.org with any questions. After school is out, students may come into the office on any Thursday (except June 22nd and June 29th) to order additional copies.  Please bring $5 (cash or check) per copy, and a photo ID.

  • Summer Transcripts

    SUMMER TRANSCRIPTS AND STUDENT RECORDS 

    The records office will be open throughout the summer.  Records may be picked up on Thursdays between 9AM and 2PM – except on June 22nd and June 29th, when the office will be closed.  If you have questions, please call the school at 770-945-9558. Please choose from the options below to determine how to order your student records.

  • Rising 10th - Rising 12th Grade

    Transcripts may be ordered through MyPaymentsPlus.com and those transcripts may be picked up any Thursday during the summer, between 9am and 2pm, except for June 22nd and June 29th.  You may also order records in person on Thursdays with $5 (cash or check) and a photo ID.  If ordering through MyPaymentsPlus, please place the order by Tuesday to have the transcript ready for pick up on Thursday.

    Student transcripts can be purchased on Thursdays between 9AM and 2PM.  Please bring $5 cash or check.  The records office will be closed on June 22nd and June 29th

  • Class of 2021 Graduates and Prior

    North Gwinnett High School no longer has these records on file. You will need to either visit the GCPS Records Office website here to order records online or you can reach them by phone at 678-301-6144.

  • Transcript Order Clarification - Please note when ordering transcripts from MyPaymentsPlus, there are 2 options:

    1. Official transcripts - $5 each - This is a PAPER copy of your transcript. The transcript has the school seal and is placed in a sealed envelope for the student to mail out, as needed. Official transcripts will be ready for pick up in the counseling office 2 business days after the order is placed.  Either the student, or the parent/guardian (of a current student) with a photo ID, can pick up the transcript.
    2. Naviance transcripts - $5 each - This option should be used to order transcripts for all ELECTRONIC orders. (ie, if you want your transcript sent electronically to a college.) 

    *Unofficial transcripts can be printed anytime from your Parent Portal, under StudentVue and Documents. It will be listed as HS Transcript. If you need us to print it for you, you may order the copy by coming into the counseling office.  The cost is $1. Either the student or a parent/guardian (with a photo ID) may request and pick up the transcript.
