New Student Registration
Returning Ferguson students DO NOT do online registration.
Any student who is new to the GCPS school system should click the link below to begin the online registration process.
Any student who is transferring to Ferguson from another GCPS school should visit the school's front office to begin the paper/pencil registration process.
Complete the steps below to register online. Then come to Ferguson Elementary during registration hours with the important information listed below to complete the registration process. Your child’s registration will be delayed if you do not bring the needed paperwork.

Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) is implementing an Online Registration System–a system that will allow parents to safely and efficiently complete much of the paperwork required for school registration.
To complete the registration process for your student, you MUST have an active email account.

Please complete the required Online Enrollment Form for EACH new student you are registering. Click here to access the Online Enrollment Form.
If you are enrolling a new Kindergartener, the child must be 5 years old by September 1, 2019. Click here for Kindergarten Information.

Bring in all required documentation (Spanish) to the Ferguson Elementary Front Office during registration hours. Please be aware that your child will not be entered into our student database and assigned a teacher until ALL required documents are received. If possible, please make copies ahead of time.
Please click the link below for your child's School Supply List. These items will be needed for the 2019-2020 school year.

If applicable, please return the "School Meal Information Form" to your local school. Free and Reduced applications will be available July 1st for all students.

Kindergarten Parents can complete this step on Orientation Day in August once students have been entered into our Student Information System.
Please create a MyPaymentsPlus account to pay student cafeteria balances, set up pre-payments for breakfast/lunch, and receive low balance e-mail reminders.
The MyPaymentsPlus website will be available for the 2019-2020 school year by the end of July. Please contact the school if you need assistance.

By state law, a valid certificate of immunization (Form #3231) or a notarized statement of religious exemption is

Fill out if your child will be taking a GCPS bus to another place other than your listed address (example: babysitter's house, grandparent's house, etc...).
