    &
    New Student Registration Information


    The PRHS Counseling Office is closed May 30th – June 3rd.


    We will be open for New Student Registration every Tuesday in June and every Tuesday & Thursday in July from 8:00AM – 11:45AM and 1PM – 2PM,
    BY APPOINTMENT ONLY*.


    We will host walk-in hours for all paperwork requests/questions on Wednesdays from 8am – 12pm.

    *Tuesday July 5, 12, & 19: 8am – 2pm

    NOTE: International students must schedule an intake appointment at our International Newcomer Center (INC) in addition to completing Step 1.

    Need to Withdraw a Student? Visit https://www.gcpsk12.org/PeachtreeRidgeHS, click the ‘Directory’ tab, followed by ‘Counseling Office'--> ‘Withdrawal Information’. From there, complete the online withdrawal form & e-mail submission
    (with supporting documentation) to Ridge.Counseling@gcpsk12.org for processing. Need an Official Transcript? Visit https://www.gcpsk12.org/PeachtreeRidgeHS, click the ‘Directory’ tab, followed by ‘Counseling Office’ --> ‘Forms’. From there, select the appropriate transcript request tab. Current PRHS students may request hard copies of official transcripts via MyPaymentsPlus (located under ‘Events & Activities).


    NOTE: For any hard copy request that is not requested through MyPaymentsPlus, a completed GCPS Records Request Form and picture ID (government issued or school ID) is required. Both can be faxed/e-mailed to (678) 512-6080 / Ridge.Counseling@gcpsk12.org. There is a $5.00 processing fee due at the time of pick up, check or money order only. NO CASH ACCEPTED.


    If you are a recent graduate (Class of 2022 or Class of 2021) and need your official HS transcript sent to any college/university in the state of Georgia, you can send your transcript free of charge through your GAFutures.org account. PRHS students from the Class of 2020 and prior must contact the GCPS Office of Student Records
    Archives to obtain a transcript/student record. More information can be found here: https://www.gcpsk12.org/Page/24474.

    If you would like to speak with your child’s counselor for any other reason this summer, please e-mail him/her from the listing below.

  • New Student Registration Information

    ***Enrollment/Registration Procedures at PRHS (Easy as 1-2-3):

    STEP 1: Schedule your new student registration by booking an appointment with the PRHS Counseling Office here - https://prhsregistration.youcanbook.me.

    STEP 2: Complete the GCPS Online Registration Form.  Access the form here.

    STEP 3: Arrive on your scheduled appointment date & time with all of the required paperwork for school registration.

    Please make sure you have all the required documents completed BEFORE making this appointment or your registration process could be delayed.  

    NOTE: If your student is returning from a long-term suspension, please read and follow the steps below:

    • Students eligible for return from long-term suspension, but DID NOT ATTEND SCHOOL AT THE GIVE CENTER: An administrator must be present during your re-enrollment as mandated by the county.

    • Students returning to PRHS from the GIVE Center will need to re-enroll by following the new student registration steps outlined above (b. Transferring within Gwinnett County). Your student will not be back in our system and will not receive a class schedule until those steps are completed.

    Guardianship and Enrollment:

    To register a student, you must be the parent or legal guardian. You must have legal guardianship papers from the courts or a copy of the student's birth certificate along with your ID/driver's license/passport, matching the name(s) on the documentation.

  • International Families

    International Families

    Step 1: Schedule and intake appointment with the International Newcomer Center (INC). All families enrolling from outside of the United States must first visit the International Newcomer Center prior to PRHS. 

    Step 2: After your intake appointment with the INC, schedule your new student registration by booking an appointment with the PRHS Counseling Office here - https://prhsregistration.youcanbook.me.

    STEP 3: Arrive on your scheduled PRHS appointment date & time with all of the required paperwork for school registration.
