Mrs. Jennifer Mercedes
Hello Shiloh Generals!
My name is Jennifer Mercedes. I am one of the proud Assistant Principals of Shiloh Elementary School. My responsibilities include Instructional support K-5, ESOL AP, Gifted AP, and Testing Coordinator. I received my Undergraduate and Masters degrees from The University of Georgia in Early Childhood Education and Educational Administration and Policy, respectively. I taught in Honduras for three years, worked with Migrant Students in Clarke County, taught first graders seven years, and worked from Kindergarten to fifth grade as an ESOL and EIP teacher. Altogether, I have over 20 years in education. B.B. King once said, “The beautiful thing about learning is that no one can take it from you.” This is the foundation that builds our students and communities to strive for their goals and dreams. I know Shiloh Elementary is leading the way! My goal is to support the students, parents, and teachers at this great school. My door is open, so feel free to stop by. Together, we can pave a clear path to success for all students.
