Updating Phone Numbers & Emergency Contacts
You can update your phone numbers and emergency contact information through your Parent Portal account!
(If you do not have a portal account, please visit the Crews front office to register.)
In your Parent Portal, click Update Student Information on the top right, or click the blue "here" link on the dashboard.
Choose a child from the dropdown at the top left. You will need to update each child individually.
Click Student Info on the left navigation.
Click Edit Information at the top of the screen. Now you can edit phone numbers and emergency contacts. Don't forget to save your changes at the top of the screen when you are finished!
Updating Your Address
In order to change your address, you will need to provide documentation to our registrar. Please call 770.982.6940 for information on what information is needed and how to submit it.

Information about documentation needed to register your student can be found at the Gwinnett County Public Schools website.
Any 2022 - 2023 student who is transferring to Crews Middle School from within GCPS should visit the school's front office with the following documentation. The online registration process is NOT required for students transferring within GCPS.
- Withdrawal Form from previous Gwinnett County Public School
- Proof of Residency
- Parent/Guardian ID

Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process.
Step 1: Withdraw from Current School
Withdraw your child from their current school. Please get the following paperwork from your previous school:
- *The last report card showing promotion
- *Withdrawal form
- *Transfer Form (Only if you are coming from another GCPS school)
- **Any/ALL pertinent information you may have for placement
- (IEP, Gifted, 504, SST, etc.)
Step 2: Complete Online Registration
Click below to complete the correct online registration:
- "Not New to GCPS” (if student has EVER been registered in ANY GCPS school) or
- “New to GCPS” (if student has NEVER registered in ANY GCPS school)
**All your documents need to be uploaded and received to register. *
*If there are any custody documents, adoption paperwork, etc. that need to be included in your student’s file please provide that information as well.
Step 3: Complete Paperwork
Our registrar will email necessary paperwork for you to complete and send back. (This includes a records request to have you sign that we will send to your previous school for the rest of the records to be sent to us.)
