    Winter early release days for parent-teacher conferences are February 19th and February 20th. School will be released on those days at 12:15 p.m. Teachers at our school will be utilizing the online scheduling system. If your child's teacher is not utilizing the online system, you will be receiving more information from the teacher.
     
    The online sign up window will open on Friday, January 24th at 3:00 PM and will close on Monday, February 10th at 12:00 midnight.  After this time, you will need to contact your teacher to schedule a conference time.
     
    On Friday, January 24th at 3:00 PM, the Winter Conference sign up link will be located on the main page of the Chattahoochee school website.
    Once the link is made available, you will then need to follow the steps listed below. The steps below are also currently posted in the ANNOUNCEMENTS section of the school website...but the link to register for a conference will not be available until Friday, January 24th at 3:00 PM.
     
     
    1. Click on the CONFERENCE SIGN UP link and select your child's teacher.
     
    2. A form will appear. Fill out the form (4 questions) and click Submit.
     
    3. Once you click submit, you should immediately receive an email (check spam/junk folder if you do not) with a link that will allow you to register for your conference time.
     
    Note: If you have an email account with a provider other than Hotmail, I would encourage you to use it.
     

    4. Click the link provided in the email and choose your time.

  • Registration

    Gwinnett Online Campus (GOC): Students in grades 4-12 interested in attending GOC full time for 2020-21 must complete the registration process during the month of February. Interested families are encouraged to attend an open house and tour at the school’s campus at 10 a.m. on Jan. 28, Jan. 29, Jan. 30, Feb. 11, Feb. 12, or Feb. 13. An informational meeting is set for Feb. 26, 6:30-7:30 p.m., or check out informational videos online. Once a grade level is full, a waiting list will be established. GOC does not offer mid-year enrollment.

  • Georgia Parent Survey
    All parents are encouraged to participate in the Georgia Parent Survey the data will be used as part of the calculation of the School Climate Star Rating. Survey responses are anonymous, self-reported, and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis.

    The Georgia Parent Survey is also available in Spanish. Parents may select the Spanish version within the survey.

  • Check out a Wifi Hotspot

    Gwinnett County Public Libraries offers residents wifi hotspots that they may check out. Kits may be checked out for 3 weeks at a time. A kit includes 1 4G LTE Hotspot, 1 USB Cable, and 1 Wall Charger. 
    Ask at the library branch or visit Gwinnett County Public Libraries- wifi hot spot check out for details.
