Seniors who have had perfect attendance throughout all of high school (Grades 9-12) or the entire span of their school career (Kindergarten - 12th) will be recognized during Senior Honors Night on May 3. Email Mrs. Collado at email@example.com by Wednesday, April 21, to add your name to the list for verification.
Graduation: May 26
Graduation will be held Wednesday, May 26, at 8 p.m. in the Brookwood Community Stadium. The event will be livestreamed at BHSgrad.com. Order a recording of the ceremony at the same website.Cap and Gown DeliveryOrdered by March 12, pick up April 13.
Face-to-face students: during lunch.
Digital students: 3-5 PM in the horseshoe.
Ordered March 13, pick up May 6 or 7.
Ordered May 3 or after, shipped to home.
Honor Grads: Purchase an honor stole for $22 on MyPaymentsPlus in order for it to be presented to you at the event.
Students will have the option of participating either in-person or digitally. To minimize the spread of COVID-19, in-person honorees will be limited to only two guests. Additionally, social distancing will be enforced, and everyone will be required to wear a face mask or covering. Due to limited capabilities, we will not be able to livestream this event. However, a link will be sent to digital honorees after the event so that they can view it.
Pay mandatory senior dues and place orders for senior items at Scholastic Images. Packets A, B and C include the dues. Order a class ring or letter jacket from them, too. Dues increasd by $20 to $145 on March 1, 2021. Scholastic Images visits the school during lunch the second Tuesday of each month to take in-person orders and payments.

Applying to college: When entering a counselor's email address into the Common App, SendEdu, Coalition, or elsewhere, use the NEW GCPS email formula, which now applies to all faculty and staff: firstname.lastname@example.org.
To request a final, official transcript be sent to your college or uploaded to the NCAA after graduation, follow instructions at this link that leads to the Counseling section of our website.

PEACHTREE STATE CREDIT UNION
$5,000, $2,500 and $2,500The Legacy Student Scholarship of $5,000 is for a senior pursuing a college degree in any field. The Dr. Frances Davis Scholarship and Rick Cost Student Scholarship both award $2,500 to seniors pursuing a career in education.
Four offered, each at $1,000
Click here to apply for one of four PTSA $1,000 scholarships. The Brookwood PTSA Executive Board will gather all applications and ensure that each applicant meets eligibility and all qualifications. Applicants who do not meet all the criteria will not be considered for the scholarship drawing. Four applicants will be drawn at random to receive the scholarships. Winners will be announced prior to spring break. The application deadline is March 26, 2021.
