    Other important Information:

    • Senior Letters: This is simply an idea we wish to share with you that you can do with your family and friends. Senior letters are when you ask family, friends, and any other significant people in the child’s life to write them a letter about how proud they are of them, etc. The number of letters does not matter. You will gather the letters via mail or email and can give to your senior at the end of the year to celebrate. Some families make a scrapbook of the letters, some just give them to the senior, and some families choose not to start this tradition in their home and do not collect letters.
    • Yearbooks: Yearbooks are still available - they are $80 until March 1st when they go up to $90 then in May they go up to $100. You can find information on yearbooks on our school website under student life, then yearbook.
    • Tickets: We will give each senior (who has paid dues and met all graduation requirements) the same amount of graduation tickets. We will give each senior 10 tickets. Tickets will be given out at practice in May. Seniors will need to show a photo ID and sign for their tickets. The school does not have any additional tickets.
    • Notes for seniors about graduation: Be aware of traffic and how it will affect your travel time. The only items seniors may bring into the arena are cap, gown, stoles/cords and one car key. If other items are brought in they will be will be collected and can be picked up at the school the day after graduation, this includes cell phones. We recommend leaving all other belongings at home or in your car to save you the time of having to retrieve them from school later.
    • After cap and gown pick up, you should remove your cap and gown and hang it up (most of the wrinkles will fall out). Only use a cool iron if necessary. The students’ attire at graduation is very important. All gowns will be green. They must have on appropriate shoes- we ask no sneakers or flip flops. We strongly recommend comfortable dress shoes as you will be standing in the tunnels of the Arena for over an hour and having to walk around quite a bit. We request no blue jeans or shorts under the gown. All students will walk into the Arena with cap and gown in hand so that clothing can be checked. Students will walk through a metal detector and phones, etc will be collected. Students will recess out of the back of the arena. It is strongly recommended that families arrange a meeting place outside the arena for after graduation. This will save a tremendous amount of time in trying to find each other. If there is an issue with behavior during the ceremony from students are attendees, then they will be escorted out of the arena. Also, remember to write your name inside your graduation cap. Caps can NOT be decorated for the ceremony. If a cap is decorated, the cap will be collected. Cords and stoles must be from an approved school organization. Any cords, stoles or extra paraphernalia that are not from a school organization will be taken away

** This information is only for seniors who are on track to graduate in May of 2023.
