  • MYeCLASS Login Information

Students who are NEW to Gwinnett County Public Schools for the 2022-2023 school year

Before you can login to MYeCLASS, you must activate your password.  Please follow these directions to active your password:

Activating Your MYeCLASS Password (New GCPS Students Only)

Students who attended Gwinnett County Public Schools during the 2022-2023 school year

On July 25, 2022, your student password will be reset to reflect your birthday. To support this effort, the student portal will be offline for maintenance from July 22 at 5:00 PM to July 25 at 12:00 AM.

To access the student portal, you will be required to type your numeric birthday in the password field using two digits for birth month, two digits for birth day, and four digits for birth year. For example, if your birth occurred on June 9, 2015, your reset password would be 06092015.

Students in Grades 6-12 will be required to change their password immediately after the first successful login to the student portal. GCPS is strongly recommending that students generate a passphrase as their password. A passphrase is a sentence-like string of words that is longer than a traditional password, easy to remember, and difficult to guess. Students, families, and staff members can learn more about creating a passphrase by visiting our website at https://www.gcpsk12.org/cybersecure.

  • Helpful Apps

Below you will find information about two new apps recommended by Gwinnett County Public Schools and are designed to enhance the eCLASS experience.  Both are available through the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store.

    • The Pulse app may assist students in keeping up with their digital assignments within their eCLASS course pages.  Used in conjunction with the StudentVUE app, it can offer additional information for parents and students to assist in organization for digital learning.  Please note: students must still access eCLASS directly to find their assignments.  Pulse App Information Sheet
    • The StudentVUE app allows students to view schedules, grades, and missing assignments. It also allows students to access their electronic student bar code ID, which they could use in the media center, cafeteria, textbook distribution, and more places. Used in conjunction with the Pulse app, it can offer additional information for parents and students.  StudentVue App Information Sheet
