  • The Board is committed to providing a workplace free from distractions caused by sexual harassment; all forms of discrimination on the basis of sex, age, race, color, disability, religion, or national origin; or inappropriate or offensive conduct. It is the Board's expectation that all personnel conduct themselves in a highly professional manner and respect coworkers, students, parents, and customers. In this regard, the Board prohibits sexual harassment, all forms of discrimination, and other unprofessional conduct.

    It shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent or his/her designee to ensure that a procedure consistent with this policy and applicable law is implemented.
