The 6th Grade Orchestra consists of all interested beginning students. No previous musical experience required! Instrument choices are: violin, viola, cello, and bass. The Beginning Orchestra performs 2 concerts a year.

The 7th Grade Orchestra is for all second-year string players. They participate in the Georgia Music Educators Association District Orchestra Performance Evaluation and play at least 3 concerts per year. They also take a spring trip to downtown Atlanta to see the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra perform!

The 8th Grade Orchestra is for all third-year string players. They participate in the Georgia Music Educators Association District Orchestra Performance Evaluation and play at least 4 concerts per year. They also take a spring performance trip to Six Flags each year!
