    24/7 online access
    Used to access many research databases, eBooks and audiobooks
    For all interest levels
    Students have access to the online research library on their eClass page
    It can also be accessed by going to the GCPS main portal page.

    The Libby digital library reading app from the Gwinnett County Public Library (GCPL):

    Offers thousands of incredible eBooks and audiobooks for FREE!
    Access the Libby reading app using a tablet, computer, or mobile phone
    Students sign in using their student numbers
    PIN is the student’s birthday in MM/DD format
    Must be signed up for GCPL Branch Out to access the Libby Reading App (Note: Most TMS students are in Branch Out--their parents signed them up at the beginning of the year on the MPP portal). However, if there are students that are not signed up, it is quick, free, and easy. Parents can sign their students up from home. Want to know more about the Libby Reading App and how to use it?     Sora, by Overdrive:

    Sora has been linked to all student G Suite accounts. 
    All students have access to all ebooks and audiobooks through the Gwinnett County Public Library as well as a handful of ebooks provided by Overdrive during this promotional period for the Gwinnett County School District. 
    The Sora widget for students to log on via their eCLASS pages is located at the bottom of the page right beside the Media Catalog and Online Research Library widgets. 
    Sora is offered through promotion. I do not have details as to when the promotional period will end, but will let you know as soon as I receive this information. To watch a step-by-step video of how to use Sora, please click here.

    ScienceFlix resource located on the Online Research Library (ORL):

    ScienceFlix database is setup by topic and each module is designed by lessons
    Includes videos, articles by reading level, experiments, informative assessments, etc. for every level
    Text conversion to Spanish is also available

    Audible (Audible Stories):

    A website for free audiobooks
    Stories can be streamed via laptop, phone, tablet or desktop computer at stories.audible.com
    Audiobooks are divided into categories: littlest listeners, elementary, tween, teen, literary classics and folk & fairy tales
    Selection ranges from beginner readers to novels for advanced readers
    Includes books recorded in Spanish, Italian, Japanese, German and French
    Some titles are narrated by celebrities

    Scholastic Journals:

    Full color articles from Scholastic Journals can be accessed and printed from our Online Research Library (ORL) by using the Secondary Schools Explora database on the ORL
