Artist Walter Hamady, pioneer of bookbinding, printmaking and collage, and founder of the Perishable Press and Shadwell Paper Mill, is best known for his artists’ books and fine letterpress publications. The materials of the archive run from the late 19th century through 2018 and include correspondence, artwork and Hamady’s personal library.
