     Gwinnett County Public Schools has an obligation under the Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to identify, locate, and evaluate all students with disabilities or students suspected of having a disability residing in the district who are in need of special education and related services from ages 3 through 21 years of age. This includes students attending public, private, or home schools in Gwinnett County.
