Hello! 

I am honored to become a member of the Jordan community. I am looking forward to working with our dedicated staff, parents, and community partners to provide an exceptional education experience for our students. 

I am originally from Gwinnett and am a graduate of Duluth High. After graduating from Valdosta State University with my bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, I began my career as an educator in DeKalb County. I then transferred to Meadowcreek Elementary in GCPS where I have served as a Kindergarten, 1st grade and 3rd grade teacher. For the last three years, I have supported teachers across grade levels and content areas as an instructional coach. While at Meadowcreek, I completed my master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and my EdS in Curriculum and Instruction. I also attained a gifted and coaching endorsement. I have witnessed the profound impact that leadership can have on the direction of a school and this influence is what motivated me to move into administration. 

I currently live in Gwinnett and spend much of my time with family and friends exploring everything our community has to offer. I truly value building relationships with people and am looking forward to connecting with all of you soon. It is my honor to be your newest assistant principal, and I look forward to serving the Central Gwinnett cluster for years to come!
