  • Registration: Students transferring from another GCPS School

    Due to the current digital learning format, please contact your current GCPS School for information. 

  • Transcripts & Records Requests

     

    Transcript requests for CURRENT students: 

    1. Please visit your My Payments Plus account to submit a transcript request. Refer to the transcript request form for specific details regarding the cost and type of transcript. 
    2. Students may send transcripts to ANY College/University in Georgia for FREE through Georgia Futures. Students will need to create an account with Georgia Futures and have a Social Security Number on file with CGHS. Click here to access Georgia Futures
    3. Paper transcripts will be mailed
    4. Requests may take up to 48 hours to process during high volume request times.

    Transcript Requests for 2018 & 2019 Graduates:

    1. Graduates can only request paper transcripts. Electronic submission is not available. 
    2. Requests may take up to 72 hours to process during high volume request times.  

    Transcript requests for 2017 & OLDER Grads:

    Central Gwinnett High School no longer has these records on file. you will need to visit the Gwinnett County Public School Records Office website to order records online.

  • Withdrawals

    We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your child.

    Once you complete and submit the online withdrawal form, you will be contacted by a school representative to verify your id and to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal if needed for your child.

     

    Withdrawal Process (using any browser):

    1. Download THIS Withdrawal Form 

    2. Open the downloaded form with an Adobe application

    2. Fill out the editable fields with the information.

    3. Click the "Submit to GCPS" button (this will: open your email account, automatically attach your filled-out form, and send it to the correct people at CGHS)

    (if you have issues with the "Submit to GCPS" button, you can save your filled-out form and then email it using your email to the following people: anita.townsend@gcpsk12.org; donna.l.little@gcpsk12.org; antoinette.lopes@gcpsk12.org; ashley.broome@gcpsk12.org)

  • Registration: Students Previously enrolled in a GCPS School

    1. Gather Required Documentation from THIS List 

    2. Log Into your Parent Portal Account with the SAME email you used to create the account the first time.

    IF you FORGOT you email address or password, do NOT create another account -
     call GCPS help desk at 678-301-6547 for assistance with your password

    3. Add the new student and complete their online registration process and submit

    3. CGHS will contact you to schedule an virtual appointment.

    4. During your Appoinment: Please be prepared to verify the Required Documents and ID. Both the parent and the student should be present for the virtual appointment

  • Required Registration documentation for All New students

    The following list shows the required documents for enrollment: GCPS Required Registration Documents.

    Note: Some required documentations that cannot be obtained during online registration will need to be provided once school reopens. These documents include: 

    • Immunization
    • Hearing, Vision, Dental, & Nutrition Screening
    • Report cards or official school transcripts
    • Withdrawal form from previous school
    • Discipline records

    IF LIVING WITH ANOTHER FAMILY: 

    Per Gwinnett County Public Schools Guidelines: Students who live with their parents or legal guardians but reside in the home of another adult and are seaking enrollment into Gwinnett County Public Schools must complete a Residency Affidavit form and turn it into your school upon registration. Click here for the Residency Affadaivit form

  • International Student Enrollment

    Students who are entering a U.S. School for the first time should contact the GCPS International Newcomers Center to begin the registration process:
