My name is Brittany Henderson and this school year marks my 12th year in education. I am thrilled to be teaching 5th grade this year! I earned my bachelors degree in education from the University of Georgia and my masters degree in education from Mercer University. I come from a family of educators and I became a teacher because I enjoy serving and impacting the lives of children. Outside of teaching I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, shopping, and most important, spending time with family. I look forward to working with your children this year!

Here at Nesbit, I'm Ms. Rountree. I am also a reader, writer, lover of family and friends, movie enthusiast, home chef, runner, worshiper, comedian, historian/politician, traveler, fan of Chick-fil-A, and sometimes a seamstress. I completed my undergrad in Elementary Education at Mercer University and spent the next few years working year-round for a summer camp ministry.
