Food Science is relatively new to Phoenix, but students are already loving it! We combine chemistry and cooking to learn how and why foods work together to create some of your favorite dishes. This class is an interactive, hands-on environment where you will be challenged to think critically about our wonderful world of food. No cooking skills or kitchen knowledge is required, I will cover everything from simple knife cuts to creating beautiful meals from scratch. You will also learn valuable career-readiness skills to prepare you for the next stages of your life.
