• The Dual Enrollment program allows a current high school student to earn college credit while still in high school. The program is relatively free and provides the opportunity for current high school students to start college early while completing their high school requirements.  For the most up to date information from the Georgia DOE, please visit their website


    For students interested in participating in the Dual Enrollment program for the 2023-2024 school year (including summer 2023), you are required to submit the following document to the DHS Counseling dropbox on eClass. Please also complete this form so the counselors can schedule our "next steps" meeting!

    Dacula Dual Enrollment Application

    There are two (2) ways to complete and upload the DHS Dual Enrollment Application – only choose one (1) from the options below.

    Option 1)  Open the link above and download the DHS DE application. Save file as "last name, first initial DE APP", then close file. Reopen file using Adobe, complete the fillable pdf to include text signatures for both student and parent. Once complete, upload to drop box which is located under the DHS Counselors' section on the main eclass page.

    Option 2) Print application then complete (by hand) entire application to include signatures for both student and parent. Once complete, scan completed application and upload to drop box which is located under the DHS Counselors' section on the main eclass page.

    Make sure you name your file according to these directions.

    SAVE FILE AS "Last name, first initial DE APP"

    (For example, Mr. King's would be named "King, A DE APP")

  • Immunization Record Request

  • Transcripts

    ACCESSING AND REQUESTING TRANSCRIPTS ELECTRONICALLY
    A student can request his/her electronic transcript be sent for free to participating Georgia colleges and universities using the Georgia Futures website.

    1. Go to www.gafutures.org
    2. Log in to your account
    3. Click on the “College Planning” tab at the top of the page
    4. Select “Applications and Transcripts”
    5. Select “Request and Track your Transcript”
    6. Follow the prompts under "My Transcript Request"
    7. Check the "I acknowledge that I have read...." box
    8. Press Send


    Note: All requests for hard copies of official transcripts must be requested through your MyPaymentsPlus account for a fee of $5.
