Starling Elementary School

Where Excellence IS the Expectation

  • Attention All Car Riders!

We are seeing an increase in students arriving late to school. Our instructional day begins at 8:15 a.m., therefore the car rider doors will close at 8:15 a.m. Once the doors are closed, parents need to pull around to the front parking lot, walk in with students, and sign them in as tardy. Tardy students are at a disadvantage starting their day in a hurried manner. Wednesday mornings in the car rider line are particularly congested due to Couch Middle School holding an early morning help day. We are still offering the early drop off time in car riders, beginning at 7:35 a.m. in order to ease the long line. Please make every effort to arrive at school before 8:15 a.m. We thank you for your support.
