  • Kindness Club Donations

    The Kindness Club would like to challenge you to help others during the holiday season by donating new items from the list below. All items collected will be donated to Global Samaritans, which provides gifts for children in Africa ranging in ages from 6-16.

    Listed below are suggestions for each grade level. Feel free to select an item from a different grade level. All donations are greatly appreciated.

    Items Needed:
    PreK & Kindergarten - tall, dark socks and puzzles
    1st grade - socks, flashlights, and solar lights
    2nd grade - books for young/early readers (ages 5-7)
    3rd grade - refillable water bottles, ball air pumps
    4th grade - school supplies (crayons, pencils, pens, markers, notepads)
    5th grade - small toys (legos, dolls, princess items, superhero items)

    Additional items that would be welcomed:
    Backpacks
    Soccer balls
    Basketballs
    Watches
    Boys underwear (ages 8+)
    Girls underwear (ages 8+)

    Let's see which grade level can donate the most items to help other in need!

  • Holiday Shoppe Volunteers

    Starling PTA's Holiday Shoppe Is Coming!!!

    Our Holiday Shoppe will start December 5th and run through to December 12th from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm each day (closed on December 6th for Digital Learning Day). We are looking for volunteers to help students shop, wrap their gifts, and restock tables after each class. Each class will have 30 minutes to shop, with a small break between classes to restock.

    Please take a look at the available shifts on the link below and click on the sign-up button. The shifts listed ow are not set in stone. If you can stay for an entire shift or just for an hour, all help is appreciated.

  • Digital Learning Day 12/6/22

    Tuesday, December 6th has been added as an additional digital learning day. All students will learn from home on this day. Students should log in to the student portal, navigate to their teacher's eCLASS page, and work on assignments at their own pace. There are NO live lessons on this day. Need help?     If you are borrowing a device from school, please care for the device and return it with students the next day.

    Mark your calendar for additional digital learning days on February 3rd, and March 17th.

  • COVID-19 Surveillance Testing

    Testing is now available to staff and all students in the Berkmar, Norcross, Grayson, and South Gwinnett cluster schools.
