Gwinnett County Board of Education
Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) is governed by a five-member Board of Education. Each board member is elected for a four-year term of office.
Board district representation is determined by residential addresses rather than the designated school(s) attended by students.
The Board of Education holds its monthly meetings at the Instructional Support Center, located at 437 Old Peachtree Road NW, Suwanee. The Work Session is held on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., and the Business Meeting takes place on the third Thursday at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise scheduled.
