As Board members, we appreciate your comments, concerns, and suggestions for improvement and will consider your feedback as the Board makes policy and governance decisions.

Mr. Steve Gasper joined the School Board in January of 2025. His electoral district includes all or part of the Collins Hill, Duluth, Lanier, Norcross, North Gwinnett, and Peachtree Ridge clusters, as well as GIVE Center West, New Life Academy of Excellence in Duluth, North Metro Academy of Performing Arts, Phoenix High School @ Sugarloaf Mills, and the Buice Center which includes the ADAPT, STRIVE, and BRIDGE programs. Since moving to Georgia in 2009, Mr. Gasper has devoted countless hours to volunteering as a youth baseball coach, providing fundraising support for his son’s scout troop, and supporting students, teachers, and the community by being a strong advocate for schools. Currently, he is an Executive Leader in Strategic Accounts for a global biotech company. He attended the University of Southern California where he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Organization. His current term runs through December 2028.
