The providers are Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, UnitedHealthcare, and Kaiser Permanente. Offerings include Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), Health Reimbursement Arrangement Options (HRA), and a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
