District Institute for Leadership Learning
The District Institute for Leadership Learning (DILL) is designed to produce sustainable learning outcomes for district-level employees through the learning, practice, and application of the skills necessary to successfully lead people, programs, and processes. Through a hybrid delivery approach, district-level employees have the opportunity to engage in personalized, self-paced learning, as well as whole-group learning to strengthen collaboration and application. The DILL curriculum is grounded in the following core concepts:

DILL program participants engage in case studies, team performance activities, video learning, simulations, and coaching that is immediately applicable to the work of the following district-level leader groups:
