Notice Regarding 1095-C Availability
The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act and the Employer Reporting Improvement Act recently introduced changes to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting requirements. As a result, employers are no longer required to mail IRS Form 1095-C to covered individuals and full-time employees. Form 1095-C is a tax document related to health insurance coverage under the Affordable Care Act. These forms are generally not required for tax filing purposes, but individual circumstances may vary.
Gwinnett County Public Schools will continue to provide all 1095-C forms to employees via the GCPS Employee Portal for both viewing and printing.
