Senate Bill 63 and Home Study Students
The 2025 legislative session created Senate Bill 63 effective July 1, 2025. The new legislation requires public schools to offer PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), and AP exams to home study students living inside the school district boundaries.

The registration information below is for students residing in Gwinnett County Public School boundaries who have an approved home study plan on file with the Georgia Department of Education.
Private school students should seek registration information from their enrolled private school.
Students who attend Gwinnett County Public Schools via SB 42, the Dexter Mosley Act (DMA), are GCPS students, have a GCPS student ID, and will test at the GCPS zoned school.
