Summary: Empowering student leadership and bringing out students’ best selves are the hallmarks of the JROTC program in Gwinnett County Public Schools. Through rigorous classroom studies and academic bowls, military-style training, national competitions, peer mentorship, and by centering in US military values of citizenship and civility, students cultivate confidence, personal growth, and the skills to succeed in whatever future path they choose, military or otherwise.
