• Craig Elementary Transportation

This page contains information about all the transportation options available to parents.  Please select from the options below to learn more.

    Important Reminders

No student check outs are allowed after 2:15 pm.

Transportation changes must be made by noon.

  • Bus Riders

Buses dismiss from Craig Elementary in two loads.  Students in grades K and 1st must be met by an adult at their bus stop. For more information on GCPS bus policies and bus safety, visit the GCPS Transportation page.

  • Car Riders

All car riders must have a Craig ES cling displayed on the passenger side of the windshield.  Any person in car rider line without a cling will be asked to park and go to the front desk to check out their student and purchase a cling.

  • Change of Transportation Authorization

Every student registered in a Gwinnett County School is assigned a bus route based on the home address.  If your child will not ride their assigned bus, you will need to complete an Alternate Transportation.  Alternate transportation includes being a car rider, riding a day care bus, taking a different bus to an after-school care giver, and being a walker.

These forms are available on the main transportation page in English and Spanish.

Although we cannot endorse any individual facility, a list of day care facilities that provide transportation to and from our school can be found in the Day Car section of this page.
