Dear Senior Class of 2021,

  • If you missed the Senior portrait sessions in June/July/August - you have another opportunity.  Magic Moment Photography will be at GRAYSON HIGH SCHOOL in the MEDIA CENTER on October 22nd after school hours for Senior Portraits.  Sign up for an appointment.  Make sure you select Grayson High School.   You may not attend another high school's portrait sessions during the fall.

    Due to Covid-19, we must stick to strict guidelines and limit the number of people in the space at all times.   Once you make your appointment, you will receive an email with instructions.  To receive this email, you MUST enter an email address.

    Sitting Fee:
    We have several options from which to choose.
    Option 1) $45 - standard and includes the tuxedo or drape pose, a Senior Id, an additional casual outfit on another background, and a 2021 pose. Proofs will be available online a few weeks after the appointment.
    Option 2) $55 - formal tuxedo or drape.  Includes the Senior ID you receive at the appointment, two additional casual outfits and backgrounds, and a 2021 pose.  Proofs will be available online a few weeks after the appointment.
    Option 3) $70 - includes everything in the $55 sitting, as well as an outdoor pose.
    Option 4) $80 - includes everything in the $70 fee PLUS a third change of outfit.  You will recieve a hard copy of your proofs in the mail.
    Option 5) $300 - includes everything in the $55 sitting, but also receive all formal images edited on a disk and the rights to those images (must be purchased prior to or at the sitting)
    Option 6) $400 - includes everything in the $70 sitting and ALL images (casual and formal) included on a disk with the rights to all images (must be purchased prior to or at the sitting)

    You may pay at the time of sitting by check, cash, Visa or Mastercard or you may prepay online.  If paying online, make sure to select Senior Sitting Fee 2021.

    This is your official senior portrait for the yearbook.  This portrait goes into the yearbook as well as on your ID and administrative software (for the lunchroom, attendance, etc)  This year, these were used for virtual graduations and special presentations.  Don't get left out!!

  • Senior Dues

    Visit http://www.scholasticimages.com to pay senior dues online.  Senior dues cover the cost of your cap and gown, plus all additional costs.

    Package A for $140 is all you need to purchase; the additional packages are if you wish to purchase those additional items for sale from Scholastic images/Balfour.  The cost will increase at the end of the semester.  If you need a payment plan, then please see/email Mrs. Beck (Jenny.Beck@gcpsk12.org) as soon as possible to set up a plan. Do not wait until second semester to set up a plan. Prom is NOT included. 

  • Senior Transcripts

    Attention Seniors:  If you are planning to attend college, technical school or join the military beginning Fall of 2021, you MUST complete a request for a Senior Year End Transcript to be sent to the intuition you plan to attend.  You must complete this request on MyPaymentsPlus between April 1, 2021, and May 1, 2021.  The cost of this transcript is $5.00.   

    Please do not confuse this with the “in progress” transcript(s) you are requesting now for the purpose of admissions.  You only request your Senior Year End Transcript once you have been accepted and have made your decision where you plan to attend.  This request should be for the college, technical school, or the military institution you will be attending in the Fall of 2021.  Failure to send a year-end final transcript which is proof of graduation can result in a delay in registration for your classes.
