Mission/Purpose: The mission statement and philosophy for the Culinary Club at South Gwinnett High School is to promote and support an innovative educational environment where students are afforded the opportunity to learn cooking techniques and to prepare food for others. Students will acquire knowledge and skills that will help them become productive citizens in the community and contribute to be life-long learners.
Planned Activities: Professional Cooking Competitions, Learning about the Farm to Table process, Extended learning activities, preparation for externships, and possible certifications.
