Gwinnett County Public School

Board

Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) is governed by a five-member Board of Education. Each board member is elected for a four-year term of office.

Board district representation is determined by residential addresses rather than the designated school(s) attended by students.

The Board of Education meets on the third Thursday of the month (unless otherwise scheduled) at the Instructional Support Center, holding a work session at 2 p.m. and its business meeting at 7 p.m. The Instructional Support Center is located at 437 Old Peachtree Road NW, in Suwanee.
