Way to go, Superstars!
To our Wonderful Fifth Grade Superstars,
You have accomplished so much in your time here at Simpson, and your teachers, administrators, and parents could not be more proud of you! Many of you walked through the Simpson doors for your first day of kindergarten eager for your new adventure. As you walked through the doors on Thursday, March 12, 2020, you never would have imagined your adventure would end the way it has. Yet you have persevered to learn new things with DLDs, to meet with your teachers and classmates in zoom and google meet, and to find new ways to celebrate even with social distancing. In this midst of this trying and uncertain time, you have overcome so many challenges to shine! Everyone at Simpson wishes you all the best, and we know you will continue to persevere and shine brightly in your next adventure!
We love you!
Your Simpson Family
An important message from our PTA:Hello Fifth Grade Families,An important part of the Fifth Grade Promotion Ceremony is the slideshow that highlights the students' school life this year. Unfortunately, there will be no physical ceremony this week, but we are distributing the video virtually so families can still enjoy it and have a copy for posterity. A big "Thank You" goes out to David Ottman for putting together this year's presentation! Our options for distributing the video are limited. However, with a few steps listed below you and your child(ren) can enjoy the video. The included link is to a Google Drive folder where the slideshow file can be downloaded and saved to your computer. Right Click on the file named "5thgrade.ppsx" and select "Download". Google will warn that due to the file size it cannot scan the file for viruses, but be assured it is safe to download!
