  • MPES does not provide student headphones to use in the classroom or computer labs.

Why do we ask for headphones?
    • Students need them for classroom computers and their own devices.
    • Students need them for DA testing each 9 weeks.
    • Students need them for their weekly Technology Enrichment special.

    Most importantly:
    • For hygienic reasons. Sharing headphones means sharing HEAD LICE!

Why do we ask for no earbuds?
    • Earbuds tangle easily.
    • Students cannot easily use them.
    • Earbuds are not safe for still growing/developing ear drums & hearing.

Please purchase a set of easy to use, inexpensive headphones when buying your school supplies. They are necessary and important!
