What is Dual Enrollment?
An opportunity offered to qualified high school students to earn college credits. The student is simultaneously enrolled in high school and college and earns credit for both. The student can be a full-time or part-time college student.

Interested students and parents should review the following documents and links BEFORE meeting with their Academy counselor or Dual Enrollment Coordinator.
The SGHS Deadline to participate in Dual Enrollment; have college acceptance; and have all SGHS documents completed is May 1, 2023.
Students who plan to participate in Dual Enrollment for the 2023 - 2024 school year; make sure you sign up for our REMIND 101.

MOST SGHS STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN THE DE PROGRAMS AT
SGHS Dual Enrollment Packet - Complete and return Documents #1 - #3 below to your SGHS Dual Enrollment Counselor.
A counselor will schedule a time to meet with you; review the contract; and complete your Student Participation Agreement (SPA).

- Student Participation Agreement (SPA) for Fall 2022 - This document is required in order to complete your DE college application. Fill out the first section. You will need this form to meet with your SGHS DE Counselor who will assist you with the other sections and sign off. This document is required if you plan to take college classes in the Summer.
