  • STEP 1: COMPLETE A FREE/REDUCED MEALS APPLICATION ONLINE 

    While meals will be provided at no charge for all students this school year, families whose students would be eligible for meal support in a typical year should complete the free/reduced-price meal application as soon as possible.

    Confirmed eligibility for free/reduced-price meals ensures access to many benefits beyond school meals: free SAT/ACT, free college applications, free/reduced internet, additional technology for schools, training/resources for parents to use at home, etc.

  • STEP 2: MyPaymentsPlus

    NOTE: MyPaymentsPlus recently updated its website but also has an option for users to return to the “Classic” version. 

    1. Create or Login to your MPP account

    2. Confirm or add all your GCPS students

    • New Version: Click My Account at the top and then Manage Students on the left
    • Classic Version: Click Manage Account -> Manage Students on the side

    3. Review and sign off on documents for Rosebud students.
          (Financial information is not needed for this part.)

    • New Version: Click Documents at the top
    • Classic Version: Click Manage Account -> Manage Documents on the side

    4. If you have added a payment method to your account, you can Join PTA and/or contribute to supply costs.

    • New Version: Click Events & Activities at the top and open Orientation/Contributions and/or PTA
    • Classic Version: On the Home page, look for Other Payments under Cafeteria Account Payments; open Orientation/Contributions and/or PTA
