What is Credit Recovery?
-
Peachtree Ridge High School (PRHS) has implemented several Credit Recovery (CR) sessions for our students. Ridge Recovery is a face-to-face program for students who did not pass a class with a final grade between 50%-69% for courses offered.
For student athletes that plan to compete at the collegiate level: Ridge Recovery does not meet the minimum academic standards that NCAA requires and is, thus, NOT recognized for eligibility purposes. Prospective college athletes should NOT take Credit Recovery courses. School Plus or Summer School are better options for students that plan to continue with athletics in college.
