WANT TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR STUDENT'S COUNSELOR? (PARENT APPOINTMENTS)
An appointment is required. Counselors may be reached via phone or email to schedule a parent appointments. Please visit our MEET THE COUNSELING TEAM page for contact information for each counselor.
DON'T KNOW WHO YOUR COUNSELOR IS?
Counselor case loads are based on the STUDENT'S last name. If your student has two last names, please utilize the first letter of the first last name (for example, a student named Julie Castillo-Romero would use "Castilla" to determine who her counselor is). Case loads have changed slightly since the 20-21 school year. Please visit our MEET THE COUNSELING TEAM page for a breakdown of our case loads.
REQUESTING A TRANSCRIPT
CURRENT STUDENTS may request transcripts via My Payments Plus (click on "Events & Activities", then click on "School Fees"). Processing fee is $5 per transcript or per electronic service (that means a one time fee of $5 per application). Please allow 48 hours (two business days) for your request to be processed. FORMER STUDENTS may request transcripts in-person or by regular mail. The request form is on our website if you wish to mail in your request. We can only accept cash (exact amount) or check. Please be prepared to show your ID at pick up. Please allow 48 hours (two business days) for your request to be processed. To avoid having to visit the office twice, you may email your request to email@example.com and pay at pick up.
LOOKING FOR YOUR STUDENT'S GTID?
The GTID# is located on any end-of-the-semester transcript or via the Parent Portal. In Parent Portal, click "Student Information" and then click "Student Info."
NEED TO WITHDRAW YOUR STUDENT?
Please refer to our website for the fillable withdrawal form and instructions on submitting your withdrawal via email. Then allow 48 hours (two business days) for your withdrawal envelope to be ready for pick up. If you prefer, you may visit the Counseling Office to fill out the request in-person. Once submitted, please allow 48 hours (two business days) for your withdrawal envelope to be prepared for pick up.

NEED AN ACT/SAT WAIVER?
ACT/SAT waivers are available to students currently classified in our system as having free/reduced lunch. If you are eligible for a waiver, you will need a new one for the new school year. Please check with the counseling office for details.
