  • Order Graduation Announcements NOW

Graduation Announcements:  A graduation announcement is professionally made. It is made of card stock with our school crest on the front. The font is formal.  The purpose of an announcement is to share with your closest family and friends your graduation intentions.  It is tradition that anyone receiving an announcement will send you back a card of congratulations that might include a monetary gift or one might send you a gift to help get you started on your next step.  It is not an invitation to graduation.  It is not required; however, it is tradition and it is a special keepsake!

A note from our Graduation vendor, Herff Jones:  CONGRATULATIONS CLASS OF 2023! We cannot believe how quickly the year has gone by and before you know it, you will be walking across the stage at graduation! Make sure everyone knows how hard you have worked to achieve one of the best moments of your life and announce your graduation with class. Don't wait! Order your official Parkview High School graduation announcements today!

Not only will your announcements have your official school crest, but they will also be personalized with your name in the text just like collegiate announcements. We also created packages to make ordering even easier, but you can always add more to them, so no one is left out. Orders will begin to ship directly to your house, and you will receive tracking information once the order ships out.

We are so proud of you and honored to celebrate this milestone with you!

    Thank you,

    Your Herff Jones Team

  • Graduation Attire Requirements 2023

Your shoes must be flat on the footbed so that your weight is distributed evenly.  There can NOT be a heel that allows more weight on one part of your foot.  We ask that parents adhere to this policy as well if you'd like to come onto the field to take pictures of your graduate after the ceremony.

Thank you so much for helping us protect our brand new turf field.

  • Save your Google Data!

    Google Drive iconAttention Seniors!

Your Google Drive account and files will be deleted once you are no longer a GCPS student. There are two possible ways to save your files.

You can use Google Takeout to download your files in an archive that can be uploaded to a personal Google account or used with Microsoft Office apps.

Directions to download your data with Google Takeout

Another option to transfer files to another Google account is:

    • Share a folder in your GCPS account as "anyone with the link can view."
    • Drop in all of the files you want to keep.
    • Get the sharing link for the folder and open it from your personal account.
    • Select all of the files (Control+A or Shift+Click), right-click one of the selected files, and choose make a copy.
    • Move the copied files out of the shared folder.

Note: The shared folder and the shared files in it will disappear after your account is deleted, so you must make a copy of the files and move them out of the folder before your account is deleted.

  • Write your senior a letter 2023

    Senior Letters 2023

A senior letter is a letter written by a family member or friend to one of our graduating seniors to share notes of congratulations and well wishes. Senior letters are a huge tradition at Parkview! The letters are handed to the seniors in a large envelope at the senior breakfast preceding rehearsal on May 24th.

Please help make this a special event for our seniors by sending a letter to a friend, sibling, son or daughter, or student who is graduating. Please use standard letter-size envelopes, and do not include bulky enclosures or packages. Include the student’s legal first and last name on the outside of the envelope. Seniors, your letters can be turned in at the Main Office (downstairs in Building M). Parents, you may drop your notes off at the Parkview Main Office, or mail your notes to the following address:

Your Senior’s Full Name (no nick names please)

    c/o Ann Marie Reynolds

    Parkview High School

    998 Cole Road

    Lilburn, Georgia 30047

In order to make this letter exchange possible, members of the faculty volunteer to sort and file these envelopes. Since the amount of letters we receive makes this process very time-consuming, we ask that your letters arrive no later than Monday, May 1st. Due to volume and time constraints, we will be unable to print emailed messages. We will only file envelopes sent to PHS or dropped off at the school by the deadline.
