Do you like cars?

  • Explore Brookwood's new MotorSports Club.

    Mission/Purpose

    • Bring together students in the Brookwood community who have a common passion for vehicles.
    • Teach students more about cars and the engineering that goes into making them work; learn from each other.
    • Support each other and create an uplifting community with students who are involved in the club.
    • Introduce students to potential careers in the automotive industry.
    • Teach students how to be safe while on the road and to have safe driving habits.

    Plans

    • Monthly meetings in a classroom, where students discuss cars and learn from each other. Food and drinks provided. 
    • Civil “car meets” every other month to allow a hands-on look at their peers' cars
    • A “project” car that can be passed down to underclassmen to carry on the legacy
    • Trips to tracks to watch motorsport events
    • Presentations from people in the automotive industry 

    Membership

    • Anyone with a passion for cars can join.
    • Members can partake in all club events and meetings, and run for executive positions.
    • Members must meet the minimum requirements to participate in club activities set forth by Brookwood High School.

Join us

  • Meetings/Events

    • First Tuesday of every month  
    • Additional gatherings throughout the year will include Kart racing, Atlanta Cars & Coffee, and the like.
