GIVE West T-Shirt
  • GIVE Center West T-Shirts are sold in Parent Center for $15 (cash or check) and can be worn in place of the white collared shirt.

  • GIVE Center West Dress Code

    Students must be in dress code in order to attend class. 

    1. Students must wear appropriate fitting, uniform- style khaki colored pants with belt loops (no cargo, stretch/form fitting, capris, joggers, jeans); all pockets must be able to be turned inside out for search; no elastic waists or pant legs.
    2. Shirts must be solid white with a collar or a GIVE West spirit shirt. All shirts must be tucked in. All students’ pants and shirts must be buttoned.
    3. Only solid white or black tee-shirts can be worn under GIVE shirt.
    4. Students must have a belt (black or dark brown only). No decorative or large belt buckles.
    5. No colored or large emblems (quarter sized or smaller) on shirts/jackets.
    6. Solid black or white jackets/sweatshirts only. Lining must be neutral color (black, white, gray, and tan).
    7. Solid black shoes or sneakers only. No flip flops/sandals/ boots. No logos or designs on shoes. Bottom of shoes and shoestrings should be a neutral color (black, white, gray, tan).
    8. The portion of socks uncovered by shoe must be solid black/white only. Both socks must be the same color.
    9. No shorts/pants/leggings/etc. under GIVE pants.
    10. Headbands/hair ties must be solid black/ white and may be no wider than 1 inch. They must be worn in the hair. No other hair accessories are allowed.
    11. No combs/picks/hairbrushes.
    12. Solid black/white knit hats with no logos may be worn outside only.
    13. No jewelry/no piercings (a small black or white watch is allowed)
    14. No uncovered tattoos (must wear long sleeves to cover arm tattoos)
    15. No color on fingernails. Clear polish/white tips are allowed. Nail length should not extend more than 1/8 inch over fingertip.
    16. Light black/brown mascara, clear lip gloss, and light foundation only. No false eyelashes, eyeliner, colored eyeshadow, blush, lipstick, or heavy eyebrow make up.
    17. No distracting/extreme hairstyles. Only natural hair color. No shaved designs.
    18. No slits cut into eyebrows.
    19. No lanyards. Keys must be on a single ring and kept in pocket.
    20. Solid black/white binders only (No pictures/no pockets/no drawings). No book bags.
    21. A small black or white purse or wallet is allowed
    22. Students may not have more than $10 in their possession.
    23. Students can only use pencils (no markers or pens). No mechanical pencils.
    24. No cell phones/electronics/ smart watches or head phones.
    25. No outside food or drinks. Only sealed bottled water is permitted.
    26. No extra clothing or other items (book bags, shoes, etc.). School personnel are not allowed to hold items for students.
    27. Prohibited items will be collected and released to parents.
