    The club goal is to increase critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on projects and challenges.

  • FIRST Lego Robotics Club

    GRADES 4-5

    A global robotics competition. The program is built around themed based challenges to engage children in research, problem solcing, coding, and engineering.

  • Odyssey of the Mind: Primary - 1st & 2nd

    Odyssey of the Mind: Primary Grades 1 & 2

    Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem-solving program for students ranging in age from kindergarten through college. Students work on teams to solve problems creatively!

  • Chess Club

    1st Grade - Fridays (every other wee), 7:30 AM

    Friday, 7:30am (every other week)

    Chess club is a introductory class to learning chess. We explore the components to the game and learn some of the basic movements and strategies in the game. The club also teaches concepts required by scouts to earn a badge.

  • Garden Club

    Grades 2-5 - Wednesdays, 3:40-5:00pm

    Garden Club is a hands-on learning experience that encourages problem solving and creative thinking to reinforce the curriculum through the use of our Garden of Dreams!

  • Chorus

    Grades 3-5 - Wednesdays, 7:30-8:15am

    The Knight Elementary Chorus is a vocal performing ensemble that promotes teamwork, gives a sense of belonging, and raises school spirit. No audition is required to join chorus.

  • Distinguished Gentlemen

    Boys, Grades 3-5 - Tuesdays, 3:45-4:30pm

    In this program, lessons are taught about character, leadership, peer conflict resolution skills, integrity, responsibility, accountability and respect.  We take part in all Dress for Success days by learning how to properly wear a tie.

  • Reader's Rally

    4th & 5th Grade - Fridays, 7:30am

    The club reads a list of 15 books and becomes experts on the content of each book. Ten students from the club will go to compete against other schools in the county at the annual Gwinnett Readers Rally competition where they will try to earn points by answering questions about the books.
